To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging and materials, and clearly mark your RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
